Our Hearthstone team has identified a bug that is causing this error and they are planning to release a patch that should resolve it. I hope that either of those workarounds will fix the issue for you. Second workaround, swap to another region, log in there, then switch to your main region again. I’ve heard reports that some people don’t even have to wait for that long – if you find waiting for 2-3 minutes annoying you can experiment a bit and try to wait let’s say for a minute instead. First, you can try to wait for 2-3 minutes on “Daily Quests” screen before clicking anything. However, if you can’t play right now and want some workarounds, Blizzard has listed two potential ways. They’re trying to fix it now, but there’s still no ETA.

Good news is that devs have already identified the cause of those issues.

Some people are experiencing a weird error after launching the game / logging in – “Network problem while loading cards”. It seemed that patch download issues on mobile (which I hope were already fixed) weren’t the only bugs introduced in the latest patch.
